CTZH高强高导接触线

       实际运行速度380km/h的高速铁路要求的接触网波动传播速度应达到596 km/h以上。获得较高的波动传播速度的最有效措施是加大接触网张力、减轻接触线重量,即要求接触线具有更高的抗拉强度。

       高速铁路的列车取流达到1000A以上,特别要求接触导线具有更高的导电率,使接触网具有更大的载流能力,并大幅度节约电能。

       铜镁合金、铜锡合金接触导线,尽管其抗拉强度已达到470~510MPa,因其铜合金的品种和制造工艺,不能既提高抗拉强度,又同时提高导电率

       CTZH高强高导接触线采用更先进铜合金品种的熔炼技术和制造工艺,在保证更高的抗拉强度的同时,具有更高的导电率。
       与高强度铜镁合金接触线相比,CTZH高强高导接触线的耐磨、耐腐能力提高50%,耐高温软化能力提高100℃。

       CTZH高强高导接触线应用在200~300km/h接触网,也有许多优势,并可以设计采用较小的截面规格。

 

CTZH High Strength and High Conductance Contact Wire
High-speed railway of actual operation speed 380 km/h requiresthe OHL wave speed reach to above 596 km/h.The most effective measure is to increase the OHL tension, reduce the contact wire weight, which means the contact wireto get higher tensile strength.

The train take flow of high-speed railway reaches above 1000A,particularly requires the conductor wire to get higher conductivity,makes the OHL to get higher current carrying capacity and saves power energy greatly.
Although copper-magnesium alloy,copper-tin alloy conductor wire tensile strength could reach 470~510MPa,because of its copper alloy variety and manufacturing process,the tensile strength and conductivity couldn’t improve at the same time.
CTZH high strength and high conductance contact wire adopted advanced copper alloy melting technique and manufacturing processto ensure higher tensile strength and higher conductivity at the same time.
The CTZH high strength and high conductance contact wire abrasion and corrosion resistance capacity could improve 50%,high temperature resistance capacity could improve 100℃.
CTZH high strength and high conductance contact wire alsohas many advantage on applying to 200~300km/h OHLand the nominal cross section could be designed smaller.

       甬台温、武广、京沪。其中,京沪高铁枣庄至蚌埠冲高试验段全部悬挂CTZH150型高强高导铜铬锆合金接触线,为我国高铁创造486.1km/h世界最高运营速度传输动力。
